The Center for Achievement, Retention and Engagement (C.A.R.E.) was created in January 2020 to provide equity and access for first year college students. All UTTC college students are welcome and encouraged to stop in for tutoring needs, assistance with developing study skills and time management, and more. The CARE Center also provides information about resources and activities available on campus and in the community. The CARE Center is located in the lower level of the Jack Barden Center.
