Program Learner Outcomes
The graduates of the UTTC Heavy Equipment Operations Certificate degree program will:
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of key issues in Indigenous Laws, sovereignty, and leadership ethics.
- Communicate effectively in both Indigenous and non-Indigenous professional contexts.
- Apply Indigenous knowledge and cultural competency to leadership practices.
- Exhibit proficiency in at least one Indigenous language at the Novice/Beginner level.
